Estonian born Margit Selg is no stranger to the spotlight. The esteemed photographer’s work has appeared in many print and online publications, encapsulating the unique style and passion that has made Margit the respected photographer she is today.
Margit’s commercial portfolio ranges from fashion and entertainment, to corporate Government campaigns. She is able to capture the essence of her subject whether it’s an intimate family moment, a corporate headshot or an artistic flat lay of fashion pieces.
Margit’s work featured on the front cover of Estonian fashion magazine Buduaar and was also published in Estonia’s life story in an open world; a popular book showcasing the successful careers of people from Estonia.
One of Margit’s brilliant recent ventures was her exhibition “Parallel levels of existence… and I think to myself what a wonderful world” which was held in December 2015 in Melbourne alongside the Greek Ambassadrice Mrs Eva (Eyvah) T. Dafaranos and the Ambassador of Greece Haris D. Dafaranos.
The photographic exhibition was presented in proximity to the United Nations Climate Change Conference and was dedicated to harmony and the earthly beauty we must preserve as responsible caretakers and citizens of the world.
Margit is a proud member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography and won Epson AIPP ACT Student Photographer of the Year 2012.
